Our Software All-in-one CRM service is priced at $1.5 per door per month. You will be billed based on the number of doors you manage. The total cost is calculated by multiplying the number of doors by $1.5.
The Software plan includes all features listed in the plan description, and there are no additional charges, making it a cost-effective choice for individuals.
The Maintenance plan price goes from 25$ to $99 per door per month. Similar to the Software plan, the total cost is calculated based on the number of doors you manage.
The Maintenance plan offers a comprehensive package that includes full property inspection, handyman on demand, and general contractor licensed services, making it ideal for businesses that are getting started.
Property Management pricing is available upon request. This plan is tailored for large businesses and includes features such as all-in-one technology, CRM, owner & tenant portal, 24/7 virtual staff, off/on-site property management, and property surveillance.

Refund or Payment upon If this Agreement is terminated by Customer in accordance with the “Termination” section, Prroperties will refund Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Prroperties in accordance with the “Termination” section, Customer will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event will termination relieve Customer of its obligation to pay any fees payable to Prroperties for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your Prroperties Plan whenever you choose, as there is no long-term commitment required. However, it's important to note that upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. This cycle is determined by the type of subscription you have chosen, whether it's monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, you can simply contact our support team at [[email protected]].
